The structure of the purifiers consists of:

Galvanized sheet steel frame reinforced against distortion
Covering panels made of single and double thick galvanized steel sheets;
insulated by means of an insulating mat of fiberglass treated with
thermosetting resins
Compact modular concept to minimize space requirements, but easy to
assemble/reassemble (the structure is supplied ready to assemble, so that
it can be installed even in tight spaces).
Fully removable, large inspection pads for easy access to the filter
elements.
Glass filter element: Locked into a single metal sliding drawer frame,
consisting of a fiberglass panel with a differentiated structure suitable
for retaining paint pigments contained in the exhaust air.
Concentric cylinders made of micro-treated sheet metal containing a
synthetic fibre mesh, inside of which are acti-carbon granules necessary
for the adsorption of the solvent contained in the exhaust air.
Suction unit: Ventilation is provided by an electro-ventilating unit
consisting of a high-pressure backward-bladed steel turbine directly
connected to an asynchronous motor without the use of belts for
transmission.
Calibration damper or inverter: Necessary to balance the pressure inside
the cabin due to the progressive clogging of the extraction unit’s
exhaust filters.
